With nearly 25 years of IT experience, one thing became very clear to Wallace Jester - there is a need for customer-focused, solution-based IT consulting. Having worked in the insurance, public utilities, software development and healthcare industries, Wallace gained experience not only with infrastructure IT, but also with the customer service side of IT. Realizing that customers expect a solution to their IT needs and not just another tech company more interested in the sale of a product/service than the relationship, Provident Professional Technical Services was born in 2019.
